It occurs usually as powdery masses that soil the fingers but we carefully selected some shiny solid botryoidal pieces. We have carefully checked them chemically for manganese to be sure one is not looking at pyrolusite. For sure: NO manganese and no iron. The blue is chrysocolla. |
